Whenever you face an issue signing in and you are taken to the pricing page, please refer to the below steps and try to re-login:

1. Uninstall the extension.
2. Logout from the StoryXpress dashboard
2. Clear cookies and Cache
3. Re-install the extension
4. Login from the dashboard

You can retry recording the videos.
