How to delete a form added to the video?

If you wish to delete or edit the form that you added in the video, please refer to the below steps.

1. Open the video.
2. Click on the CTAs option.

3. Click on the required form number.
4. There are 3 options available:
a. Delete: The form can be deleted from this option.
b. Edit: The form can be edited from this option.
c. Duplicate: To make a duplicate form with the same requirements.

5. Once done making the necessary changes, you can hit save and you are good to go.
