How to track Video views with viewer’s emails?

What is UTM?

Urchin Tracking Module or UTM can be used to track the respective user’s video views provided the email addresses.

How to setup UTM?

• Under the Studio section in side menu, Click on Videos
• Click on the “share” icon to expand the share window

• The UTM icon will be visible right next to “Embed”

• Click on the “i” bubble to add the emails of your users manually or upload a CSV. It will create a unique trackable link

How to view the UTM analytics?

• Go to the “Analytics” section of the video for which you’ve setup the UTM.

• Scroll down the to see “User impressions” for the emails added.
